The baseline terms for accessing and using Aiden.
1. Introduction

You may use Aiden for personal and commercial purposes in a fair and reasonable manner. Usage that significantly exceeds average customer usage and affects Aiden's ability to provide service to other customers may be considered unfair or unreasonable. We may notify you before enforcing limits and reserve the right to prevent abuse, including modifying usage limits or charging for excessive use.

Aiden may revise these terms of service for its platform at any time without notice. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service.

Aiden acknowledges the importance of customer privacy and data protection. We do not use, access, or retain customer data, including tasks, repository context, user inputs, system outputs, test results, or uploaded materials, for the purpose of training or fine-tuning AI or machine learning models without explicit and informed customer consent. Data processed through Aiden is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve the customer's own service experience. Customers retain ownership and control of their data.
